Jihun, today I watched your instant concert in year 2002. It was your 8th month stepping into music industry, and you gotta accept the challenge: To gather 6,000 people in one day to watch your provisional concert. You were not allowed to perform if the audience was not enough, and you looked so worried.

Jihun, it makes me think of your recent Showcase. For how many years you've been running and fighting to realise your dreams, to represent S. Korea and even the Asians, to move forward to the world, to walk further to the unknown future. Showcase was held at Olympia stadium, could the audience flood the stadium? I was worried about that.

It was Christmas eve. A few people on the street, it was a tough mission to fulfill.

It was a Friday, many fans could not make it. Pressure was there to make the showcase tougher.

Year 2002, only 5387 people came to Jihun's instant concert, mission failed. But as a newbie, you actually won.

Year 2006, nearly 50,000 audience attended Jihun's showcase. It was a magnificent and successful show, and thus you are more confident to step forward.

At the moment you took away your eyeshade, you were shocked because you never expected so many people came for you. You cried... yes you did, and you kissed the ring that your mum gave you.

At the moment you were facing with 50,000 fans, you smiled... yes you did, and you saluted to all fans whom you did not meet for 2 years. You showed us a brand new Jihun.

You said, "I'll do my best to be the RAIN that never disappoint you all."

Now you keep your promises to us, remain unchanged.


Yes Jihun, you are famous now. Your honours belong to S. Korea, also belong to Asia. Yet, do you feel good?

4 years ago, you could only gather 5387 audience in short time. 4 years later, you stood calmly in front of 50,000 fans, summoning rains and winds on the stage.

In 2002, you did not have any girlfriend, no time to rest, no mother besides you; you had deep fears inside the mind.

Along the way, you gained many but in the meantime you gave up a lot. So Jihun, do you still feel good after you become famous?

Perhaps there are much fears and pressures on you now. When you fly higher, you are scare of falling. But even when you fall, at least there are 50,000 fans will prepare to hold you. So just fly higher, don't worry.

Some chingu saw you at JYPE, said that you were tired, you were not excited even the Clouds were so passionate. That day Jihun was as busy as usual, there was a meeting with UN Secretariat Ban Ki-moon in the afternoon, so I guess you must be nervous.
I remembered some Clouds mentioned before: If Jihun did not smile, please don't misunderstand that he was acting arrogant. He was too tired, and himself is introvert, he seldom shows his emotions.
I understand these. So, there was a Cloud says that she won't rush to him for autograph, nor taking photo with him. She just wished to watch him from a distance, allow him to have few seconds of resting. It's simple to put it in words, but how many can make it in reality?

I swear, I will never believe the news saying that you are arrogant... poor performance... emphasize on names and wealth.... This is the only promise I swear to Jihun and I'll keep it till the end.
