Rain's Concerts: Notes on Benefits to Official Cloud Members (Seoul, Singapore)

Hello everybody, this is the Cloud Master.

Today, I'll like to tell everybody about your benefits in the Seoul concert and Singapore concert which everybody is so concerned about.

First of all, it's the first of Rain's World Concert Tour, held in Seoul at the Olympic Park Stadium on the 14th and 15th December.

Benefits to official fanclub members in the Seoul Concert.

Official fanclub members of Rain can follow the below date and instructions to purchase tickets on a first come first serve basis before the tickets go on public sale.

For the Seoul concert, fans can pre-purchase tickets on the 31st Oct and 1st Nov. There will not be additional dates other than these two days.
Tickets cannot be cancelled past the official announced date for ticket cancellation.
Please take note of this point.

Please take note of the following content carefully. We hope everybody can enjoy the benefits of being an official Rain fanclub member:

First and foremost, below message is from the organiser, Star M, and the Supervising company, Net Work Live:

"Very grateful to fans who have been waiting for the pre-order. We're also very that the content of our announcement has been changing. The cost of the concert has increased due to changes in stage design and systems. It is with little choice that we raise the ticket prices. We hope to obtain your understanding:

1. Fan-Assigned Sections
- Rain section- 1st floor (floor standing): 1500 tickets
- Rain section- 2nd floor (sitting), section 11 front-facing: 128 tickets
These sections are especially for those who hope to have a seat.

2. Special Discount for Members
- Ticket price for Rain section: 160,000 won (excludes 10% tax)
- After tax it's 176,000 won (160,000 won + 16,000 won). Members get a 10% discount.

1. Korean Residents
- Phase 4 Clouds, Phase 5 Clouds of the Korean fanclub only needs to pay 158,400 won after 10% discount. You can pay via i-banking.

2. Overseas Members
- International fanclub "The Cloud" and the Japanese fanclub, Cloud Japan will need to pay 3.8% credit card charges and 5% internet transaction fees in addition to discounted price of 158,400 won. That maks 158,400 won + 5% + 3.8% =174,000 won.

*The internet transaction fee is paid to the website company of JYPE AHEBU. Overseas Clouds will beed to pay about 150% of handling charges if they choose to pay using i-banking. Hence, JYPE has decided to use the same method employed during Cloud Registration for payment. The additional 5% fee is because previously during the Cloud registration, the sum collected were membership fees, which were non-profit in nature. However, the concept this time is different. Hence, the additional 5% is a choice made by JYPE in view of lessening the amount payable for everybody. We hope the overseas members can understand this.

3. Seat Sections
- The 1,500 seats in section 1 and section 2 are allocated in this manner:
Phase 4 Clouds> Phase 5 Clouds> The Cloud> Cloud Japan
- We will accept other applications on the 128 seats on level 2
The seats in this section is based on first come first serve, like the other time.



4. Application and Payment

Joint matters
1. Login at JYPE website
2. In Joyplace, choose Seoul Concert Fanclub Ticket Purchase
Phase 4 Clouds/ Phase 5 Clouds/ The Cloud/ Cloud Japan will each have their own purchase links.
Members with over lapping membership of Phase 4 Cloud and Phase 5 Cloud must purchase their tickets from Phase 4 Clouds link in order to enjoy their seating privileges.
3. Each member is only entitled to purchase one ticket.
4. Enter your basic personal data in the online form to apply. (For Cloud Japan members, after keying in your personal code, the payment page will pop up)
5. When purchasing your ticket please state clearly the date of show you are going to. Please take note of this carefully.

3. Member who would like to sit on level 2
- Korean residents and Overseas members are seated separately. Apply as per steps above and make your payment.
- However, you need to specify your seating area as level 2 when filling up your form.
Please take note of this carefully.

5. Application and Payment Date
- 31st Oct 06 (Tue) 10am till 1st Nov 06 (Wed) 4pm
- The ticket sales for public will commence on 2nd Nov (Thu) at 10am. So we hope to conclude the pre-order a day before this.

Very sorry we are not able to give everybody sufficient time to make payment.
The payee list shall be announced on 1st November.
After confirmation via this announcement, those who are not satisfied with their seat can got to 인터파크to pre-purchase other seats. Members who have already made payment can still cancel their order. Method of cancellation and refund will be announced again.

In addition, members who have joined during the extended Cloud registration period can only enjoy their privileges after the Korea and Singapore Concert.

Below are the benefits to official fanclub members in the Singapore Concert

Official fanclub members (Refers to official Cloud members) can get the following special pricing as marked in the seating plan below:

However, there are not many floor seats as the Singapore organiser has only apportioned 200 seats to official fanclub members. We hope to get your understanding on this.

Presently, there are 109 Singapore Cloud members.
In the 200 seats mentioned above, 109 seats will be apportioned to these members.
The remaining 91 seats will be apportioned to Cloud Korea and non-Singaporean members of The Cloud.

In the diagram below, there are 100 seats in each of the two categories. Phase 5 Clouds and Singapore Clouds will enjoy the same privileges. The remaining seats will then be apportioned to the rest of the countries in The Cloud. (We are still in the midst of discussing details. More information will be released along with purchase details)
(With regards to Cloud Japan members, because the number of seats in the Singapore concert is too little, so we are unable to give you benefits. We apologise for this)

The ticket order on 30th Oct is only open to Singapore Clouds. The rest of the tickets will go for pre-ordering on the 11th November.

Hence, the 200 tickets allocated to official fanclub members will be released for pre-order on the 11th Nov, before the commencement of public ticket sales. We will release details in due time.

However, to members who only joined the Cloud during the extended period, due to lack of time, we are unable to extend the benefits to you for this Singapore concert. We hope you understand. You will be able to enjoy the privileges of your membership for all concerts after the Singapore one.
