Soon Rain's world tour is curtain-up. Some said his energetic dances originated from the 'hate' - an unique Korean character. In fact, Rain acts like forced labour when it comes to his life and career, gives people a feeling of 'hate' or ruthless. Well, probably that's why he is such a distinctive youngman from others.
Korean top star RAIN is now preparing for his upcoming world tour from Dec 06 to Apr 07. As the theme, it'll be RAINing for 35 shows in 12 countries including S. Korea, USA, Japan, China and etc. The total investment is up to 40 billion Won. There's no turning back since JYPE has put in everything for it, and eventually Rain himself became a 'forced workaholic'.

JYPE invited Jamie King (JK) as production director and dance choreaography. To JK, Rain was a stranger but soon he found out that Rain is actually a passionate dancer after watching his DVD. Thus, JK immediately accepted the invitation. When they met each other last month, JK expressed his admiration. He even told Rain, "I'm the best. If I can't make the best stage for you, I'm not qualified to be here..." which touched Rain so much.
Good people must have good tools to work with. The investment is huge, JYPE imported 6 cargos of concert facilities from Australia. All electronic equipment for stage is up to 120 tonnes (1 ton = 1,000kg). The lighting is two times more than normal concert. 1 billion Won is the estimated setup cost, so each song spends about 1 hundred thousands. However, the income is undoubtedly good and approximately to be 106 billion Won.

Of course, Rain's great ambition and inputs are proportional to the huge investment.
