Park Jin Young will introduce the Thailand version of Rain 'Koon'
Producer and singer Park Jin Young is planning to introduce the "Thailand version of Rain".
Director Jung Wook who is part of Park Jin Young's JYP Entertainment said in a Interview that took place in Thailand that "Producer Park Jin Young is working very hard on an upcoming artist" and "the first step is introducing the Thailand born American citizen who is 19 years old named Koon"
Koon was discovered by Park Jin Young in the US as the up and coming artist.
As an American citizen, Koon is able to speak Thai and English well. They believe that Koon can meet Park Jin Young's Asian market and American market plans, especially the American market. This is the reason why Koon is catching attention is the fact that he is being seen as the up and coming artist who can be seen in the international market.
Director Jung Wook says "we have to create someone who is not just Asia's storm that is sent overseas.... we need someone who is the representative of the culture and skill that is Asia" and they blieve that " Koon is the first step to show that and they will keep searching in various asian countries to find that person"
Currently, JYP Entertainment is holding auditions in the various locations in which concerts are being held by their affliated artists. On march 3rd, there will also be an audition in Thailand.
