Director of Ijuksa won "Newcomer Award"

Director Kim of Ijuksa won the Best Newcomer Director Award in the 42nd bai jiang yi shu award (it's an artistic award) ceremony tonight.

This is great news indeed.

He said "Thank you to all the viewers of Ijuksa, and thank you to all the supporters of myself and Ijuksa. I want to share the honour of this award with all the actors and companions who put in their best effort...."

Actually, there have been a lot of rumours surrounding the nominees of this award, Especially in the popularity and actors categories. For example, good actors who has been awarded a prize will not get the prize if he does not attend the ceremony.

How disgusting. Hence, JiHoon shouldn¡¯t feel bad even if he didn't make it to the nomination list.

Personally, I feel that no one other than Director Kim could have gotten that Newcomer Director award. The organizing committee has no choice. It's an inevitable conclusion.

In addition, this means that this work of love to kill has gotten the recognition of public and critics, and is a result for JiHoon would want
Although he is not the award winner, he will surely be very happy.

Congratulations Director Kim!

Also, some news on the Director Cut DVD. Simply put, everything is progressing well

KBS TV station has given Director Kim the freedom to edit as he please. So now, he is happily and contentedly working on the editing Background music will also be re-edited The parts that we feel are meaningless when the show was airing will also be re-edited Also, deleted parts will also be included. (Each ep is said to be around 80 minutes)

According to hearsay, Director Kim is very happy with the progress. The Director's Cut should be out in June.
